The Regional Finalists will take their place in the National Final at Westminster Kingsway College in London to prepare and cook a two-course meal consisting of a hot main course and a hot or cold dessert for two from a specially selected basket of ingredients provided prior to the Final. A panel of celebrity and other well-respected chefs within the industry will judge the National Final.

Westminster Kingsway College is a large college in central London, based at six centres in Camden and Westminster. The college offers a wide range of further, adult and higher education programmes, which are available for people of all ages from sixteen years upwards.

The Vincent Square Centre houses courses in hospitality, leisure, tourism, business and technology, including a professional chef's diploma course and courses in law, accounting, management, marketing and computing. The new Services to Business provision is based at this centre.
