Resource Packs

Springboard UK have developed a range of portable resource packs to entertain, inspire and evoke enthusiasm in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. The Resource Packs are an ideal solution for the need to inform people of the multitude of opportunities this industry has to offer, as well as being a useful aid for business’s recruitment plans. Currently there are four Resource Packs available, with new packs featuring more of the industry coming out in the near future.

The available packs are

General Resource Pack, contains

• A game book filled with role-play games and fast and furious quizzes and puzzles that teach people about the hospitality industry.
• A video featuring people working in the industry talking honestly and positively about their experiences and how they really feel about life in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. Available on VHS.

Food Service Management Resource Pack, contains

• A users guide that provides helpful tips on how best to use the pack.
• A game book filled with role-play games and fast and furious quizzes and puzzles that teach people about the Food Service Management.
• A PowerPoint presentation packed with information on industry statistics, opportunities, careers, entry routes, qualifications and much much more.
  IT Requirements: Must have Windows 95/98/2000/XP operating system. Must have any version of PowerPoint already installed to run presentation.
• A video featuring people working in the industry talking honestly and positively about their experiences and how they really feel about life in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. Available on CD.

Hotel Sector Resource Pack, contains

• A users guide that provides helpful tips on how best to use the pack.
• A game book filled with role-play games and fast and furious quizzes and puzzles that teach people about working in the hotel industry.
• A video featuring people working in the industry talking honestly and positively about their experiences and how they really feel about life in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. Available on VHS.
