Programmes Delivery Manager
Based London, circa £20-25K
We require an innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to manage and deliver a number of Springboard’s work experience and education related programmes – including our renowned FutureChef and Summer School programmes. Key to your success will be your ability to deliver a number of programmes proactively and in line with a given budget and timescale.
Programme Delivery Managers will work as part of a team and be responsible for delivering on specific areas of the programmes including research, development, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance.
This is a challenging and diverse role and the ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience of delivering inspiring and motivational programmes
- Ability to work with a range of customers, including 12-18 year olds, schools/colleges/universities and teachers, industry sponsors and industry representatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent database and word processing skills, competence in powerpoint and Excel
- Passionate about the hospitality industry

Part-time Project Manager
Based Argyll & Islands, 17.5 hours - £25,000 pro rata
Springboard Scotland in partnership with Highlands & Islands Enterprise and the European Social Fund, is seeking to appoint a new team member who needs to be a dynamic and highly motivated individual to take forward an intensive programme of work within Argyll & Islands. The successful candidate will work face to face with industry and a wide range of partners including Local Enterprise Companies, Careers Scotland, Local authorities and the education sector to create a positive image of the region's tourism industry as a career of choice. The successful applicants will also work within the industries of Hospitality, Leisure, Travel & Tourism to aid employers with their Recruitment & Retention issues.
Working for Springboard Scotland you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on one of the area's most important industries. Promoting good employment practices and raising awareness of what working in tourism is like, will be the key focus of your work. To do this, you will need to possess exceptional organisational skills, plus a great personality, which will bring drive and energy to the Highland & Islands initiative. It is essential that you are able to communicate at all levels, work under pressure and demonstrate practical IT skills. Experience and/or a passion for the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sectors would prove beneficial to the role.
