We’ve been operating since 1998 and have an established track record in the provision of activities and careers advice and guidance that support progression into Wales’s vibrant hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry.

We're located with the University Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC) at their Colchester Avenue Campus. The Springboard office is open from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday -Friday and is situated on the 2nd floor. Please ring and make an appointment so that we may deal with your enquiry efficiently.

Since its inception Springboard Wales/Sbardun Cymru has developed excellent links with all the key players involved with the industry, including, Wales Tourist Board, Regional Tourism Partnerships, Tourism Training Forum for Wales, Wales Tourism Alliance as well as schools, colleges and industry partners such as Hilton, La Tasca, Thistle, St David’s Hotel & Spa, Angel Hotel, Air Wales, Park Plaza, McDonald Hotels, Thomas Cook, Millennium Copthorne and many, many more!
