We need people with Vision!
Springboard Charitable Trust is an organisation, which is working constantly to supply quality people to the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry. Why? Because the world’s fastest growing sector can’t get enough good people.
Through our face to face activities and quality resources we’re giving young people aged 16-25, unemployed of all ages and disadvantaged groups the chance to get a start in life with a job opportunity in which they can develop and grow. In fact, we see it as more of a career ladder rather than just a job, where people’s personality is an essential qualification to support any others they may bring to the table.
Although we have some marvellous support from major companies and some forward thinking individuals we always need more. So, if you’re passionate about this industry, you want to help people get a step up in life and you feel you’ve got something to offer, click here and become a Springboard Patron today.
Thank you
