These materials have been developed by Springboard UK in conjunction with the Hospitality Training Foundation (HtF) to provide a stimulating learning resource with up to date and realistic links to the hospitality industry - the UK's fastest growing industry.

The resources are aimed primarily at Year 9 pupils and support the key learning areas of Maths, English and Information Technology, as well as being a source of information on career opportunities in the hospitality industry.

There are sixteen exercises, each one supporting one or more of the key learning areas above. You can either work straight through the exercises, or select a key learning area to see which exercises support it and how.
